Megs Italian pasta-making class was wonderfully executed. I cannot recommend Meg and this class enough!! I think it was a very suitable and unique celebration of my girlfriend's birthday. We were a little shy at first but everyone got into it and had such a great time. My girlfriend and I enjoyed learning how to make pasta from scratch and enjoyed the meal that we helped create. Beginners will quickly gain new skills and seasoned cooks will refine existing skills while also building new ones. Jazzed to have a few more tools in my toolbox! Not to mention, the donuts tasted amazing! What an awesome learning experience. Great Food! She walked us through what we'd be doing, then coached us as we started making glazes and the dough.
