I chose this over a full service property due to a longer stay and needed a kitchen, laundry room, etc. Pool is outdoor and small, and the fitness room only has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and cycle and weights, so look elsewhere if you are a fitness buff. The room had a full kitchen and it was modern and clean. Only complaint was the bed was very soft but 'dented' in the middle so you kept falling towards the middle of the bed as you slept. I am disappointed to hear that you did not like all of the aspects of your stay but did feel that it was the perfect layout traveliing with members of your family.
